Valence™ OEM Developer License
- License fee determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Deploy Valence to develop new apps for commercial distribution.
- Apps can be marketed and sold commercially or operated by developer on service bureau basis.
- Apps can be kept private, without contributing for re-license to the community.
- Includes 1 year of updates to Valence.
- After first year, updates available with purchase of Support Pack.

Valence™ Support Packs
- Available in value packs of 4, 16, or 100 hours.
- Includes 1 year of access to Valence updates and fixes released by CNX.
- Support queries can be posted in the Valence “professional support” forum.
- Support also available by email or phone during CNX normal business hours.
- Covers the most current general release of Valence, plus prior release for 6 months after issuance of latest release.
- Debited by CNX in minimum 1/2 hour increments based on time spent responding to support query.
- Un-used support hours expire 1 year after date of purchase.

Valence™ Expert Services
- Available hourly or in value packs.
- Covers design, programming, training, project management, and other CNX consulting services for Valence.
- Un-used expert services hours expire 1 year after date of purchase.

Note 1: All Valence software and services are provided under the terms of the applicable CNX software license and services terms. For full license and service terms, please review the applicable CNX agreement.
Note 2: Support does not cover: (i) development work for your code or apps; (ii) resolving problems caused by misuse, neglect or abuse of Valence; (iii) resolving problems external to Valence, including end user network, firewall, systems, hardware, third party software, or data; or (iv) resolving problems caused by modifications to Valence not made by CNX. CNX reserves the right to charge for time spent diagnosing or remedying problems not covered by support.
